Unison Round Corner Cutting Machine is a heavy built hydraulic type machine capable of incorporating different tools (dies) from radius R-3 to R-14. These dies are made in two sets of upper and lower parts. The upper parts is movable and can move up & down is properly fitted with moving platen. The lower part of the die is generally fixed at the base with a special slot on the working base. Chute is there for shaving/ cutting waste to be collected in a bin/bag which is made to be fixed with frame by the user.

This machine can cut two corners at a time as it is provided with two cutting heads. A hand wheel attached with tower is there to adjust the inward and outward distance of the cutting tools if required.

Control panel, emergency switch and foot switch is provided for the ease of operation of the machine. Castor provides the mobility of the machine.
