Motor System:  Three Rotomotive (Italy make) Motor arrangement guarantee high precise operation.

Roller System:  All the rollers are made in SS-304 grade with 5-year guarantee.

Drive System:   The drive system is of Delta Company (Taiwan make) ensuring accurate movement.

Gluing System: Bottom gluing system is there with linear bearing screw arrangement for smooth up & down movement of the gluing tray.

Turning System: The turning system with stainless steel roller arrangement is there for finish turning of the product.

Pressing System: Adjustable pair of roller is there for applying proper pressing of the board after pasting.

Suction System:  The registration station of the glued paper is provided with suction arrangement with sieve like plate so as to ensure wrinkle free pasting of glued paper.

 

 

 

Gauge System: Proper automatic pneumatic gauge is provided for accurate registration of the board.
